Troubleshooting Steps for General Issues On Acer Laptop

- No battery problem

- Overheating
- Close all the applications running on the system. Let the system cool down. Leave it untouched for about 1 hour.
- Use a cool pad to use the computer and let the heat flow out from the back cover.
- Notice if fan sound decreases. If this happens, the problem is solved.
